1998 Saturn SC1 Milky color in transmission fluid...

milky white color usually means u have water in the fluid could have happened over time and not changing the fluid regularly.go ahead and change the fluid which u should have done when u change the seal it takes transmission fluid dex 3.does the transmission make any wierd noises?let me know how it goes.
