1997 Saturn SC1 Engine misfires when cold and accelerating

I drive my car down the street and has not been driven for at least 12 hours and the gauge is cold and i press the gas and i get and a constant misfiring when i am accelerating, unless i let go of gas.Then i press on gas again and it will keep missing until it gets warm ( operating temperture ), well at least most of the time..
Sometimes when it is within operating temperture it will misfire on and off as i am accelerating but only sometimes.
Also when it is missing the service engine light would blink on and off for about 30 seconds and go off after it stops missing. Im unable to get any codes when i scan because the service engine light will not remain on.

I replaced my fuel filter and cleaned my air filter and throttle body and replaced spark plug and wires and used fuel system cleaner a few times. I also disconnected the negative battery cable to reset the computer and reconnect it and drive it and i do not get any misfire until the computer relearns itself. I'm really not sure what it could be please advise.
