1996 Saturn SC1 help with my saturn,i cant seem to fix it

my 96 sc1 saturn is sending white smoke out the tail pipe and i cant even drive the car for 5 mins without getting sick from a very high smell inside & out,its really hurting my lungs for days,i cant drive it anymore.car runs good but it seems like it takes forever to get up to speed when you give it gas.and im leaking a lot of water out of tail pipe.goes thru a lot of gas.

i took car to repair shop and they told me the pcm is bad.so that cost me 160 labor and 260 pcm and 100 to be flashed + on top of that ive put everything on below.

ive replaced the ects,the thermostat,map,tps,egr,plugs and wires,ive replace the pigtail on ects.

car has not gotten better.

so i orderd a power control module and got it flashed before putting it in cat with neg battery cable dissconnted.

car has not gotten better.
i thought about putting another ects just in case i cracked the one i put in.
i pulled plugs and they r blacked carboned and wet.if i sit there with the idle up under the hood,it just smells real bad with the white smoke from exhaust.

i was thinking the cat was bad?or possably a cracked head or head gasket?but im not over heating.i have had the temp/antifreeze container light come on while driving,it would go off after a while
