Does it die instantly?Or does it stumble and die?Also what code's do you have?

it dies instantly and i dont heve any codes

Check all the fuse's especially the tcc fuse in the under hood fuse box for being blown.

check all the fuses in both fuse panels still my car dies when i put it in gear

So all the fuse's were good especially the tcc fuse in the under hood fuse box?Also you checked for code's and there were none?How does it run in park?Can you rev it up smooth and does it idle smooth.

in park it runs smooth like theres nothing wrong i rev it up and it runs smooth

If it idles smooth too then i would say something is going on with your transmission possibly your torque convertor staying locked up all the time.

can it be a tcc solenoid

See if you can rent a scan tool and get some code's to help you find the problem.That's where i would start.
