1993 Saturn SC1 rpm accelerates by itself

hi my 93 saturn sc1 the rpm accelerates by itself and the cage cluster stops working or starts going up and down like crazy and when i put it on Nuetral instead of the rpm going down it goes up please help!

Two place's to check for a vacuum leak first the hose that goes from the back of the throttle body to the map sensor.The elbow that goes on the back of the throttle body get's a hole in it.Also the hose that goes from the intake manifold to the pcv in the valve cover get's a hole it.Check those two thing's and get back to me.
