when I start my car up and start to drive . It is hard to chance gears but went the car warm up I can chance gear easy. What is wrong with my car? Do I need to put another clutch in?

I feel that the clutch is ok, i would be getting the gearbox oil changed first, and get some oil treatment for gearbox's added, these can help with hard cold shifting, start here.
