2007 Saturn Outlook blower motor and cowl seal repairs

I am looking into a satrun outlook as stated above for purchase. It is a good deal but the blower motor and cowl seal has been repair is this an indication of abuse or an accident? Should I be concerned about these repairs or go ahead with the purchase.

Is this froma dealer or private party? You can try running a carfax report on it, but that will only show if it has gone through an insurance co. Does the vehicle look as though it has been repainted? look for obvious signs of an accident like mismatched paint colors, mis aligned door/panel seams and body lines. At that mileage it is hard to imagine it has had a problem with the blower motor, but not unheard of.
