I would think that if the years are the same then the bolt pattern is the same.

The real issue would be swapping over the computer. Saturn automatics are controlled by the PCM. You would have some unattached wiring that would probably light lights and complain in general. It has been done I'm sure.

My brother and I will be puting it in can you help with the wires from the tranny to pcm part I have alot of know how if there is a link for this help, please let me know we also have the repair manual to help out
