Panel Lights all come on for no reason

I have a 2001 Saturn L200 that has a problem with the dash board panel lights and guages coming on and acting wierd for no reason. Also just before this happens I have trouble shifting out of park. I had an ignition control module replaced not too long ago. I am wondering if the new ignition control module is causing the problem or is it something else. Also the service light comes on.

Have you already resolved the issue?
If not have the codes read and let us know.
I doubt the ignition module would be involved.
Check all the fuses with a test light or ohm meter.

We fixed the problem of the dash lights coming on for no reason by replacing the body control module. This also fixed the problem of not getting out of park sometimes. We are happy campers.
