okay, so I just got back from college, and my brother tells me the serpentine belt on the 92 SL2 1.9 DOHC that I gave him is loose enough to be just taken off by hand. I realize this is bad, and try to look at the tensioner... I can wiggle it around, so obviously it is loose; it's definitely not providing any tension on the belt. Can this be fixed or must it just be swapped out, and with how much expense are we talking? thanks, guys.
