To replace a wiper motor in a saturn (I have a '92, so it shouldn't be all that different hopefully), first remove the wiper blades from the wiper armature. There should be a plastic protective case that conceals the nuts from the elements. Next, remove the plastic grill above the hood with a torx's wrench (the star-shaped screwdriver), there will be a couple of sections you'll have to remove. This will allow you access to remove the armature. Once you have the armature off, you'll need a really small socket wrench to remove the bolts that hold the wiper motor down. Disconnect the power cable to the motor and then remove it from the compartment it's in.

I would recommend going to a junkyard and salvaging a motor from a used car if you could. It'll help you figure out what you're doing better, so you don't damage anything on your car. Plus a used motor is much cheaper from a yard.

Hopefully this helps you.
