2000 Other Saturn Models Fuel pump or relay

My Saturn quit running last week its not getting fuel The fuel pump was replaced 2 yers ago and we havent put that many miles on since it was repaired.When I try to start it I can hear the pump come on then click off.I need to know is it fuel pump again or possibly a bad relay switch

Need to install a manual gauge to see what kind of pressure you have. The pump will only run for about 3 seconds when key is turned on, but not startedIt will run constantly when cars is cranked and engine runs.
