im writing to find out what the problem can be when i m driving with the ac on high it is making some kind of noise , i had the air compressor changed and the drive belt changed at the same time , cause when i turn my ac off in the car the noise goes away , could it be the alternator going bad i had it in the car for 5 years now ? please e-mail me at [email protected] thank you

I just removed the blower motor from my 97 Saturn SL2 today and found it full of leaves and other stuff. I removed the leaves and reached my hand around to clean the exchanger and found that my noise went away and I have much better air flow now. The blower is easy to get to it is under the passengers side of the dash (a big black round thing held by three brass looking screws). Good luck!
