Have a 1996 Saturn SL1 that has 120k; Car overheated on the hiway and lost fluid. Wife pulled off and took car to area about 1 mile off hiway. After it cooled towed it home. Car now doesn't recharge the battery and the "major" belt (serpentine?)that weaves thru the left side of the engine doens't move and the engine overheats quickly. Is this a sepentine belt replacement issue or alternator or water pump? Any ideas? Battery was tested and is fine. Engine gauges (hot/cold) jump around and power sterring goes in and out. Thanks
