You need to check the FUEL PRESSURE
also check for spark at the spark plugs

you need a fuel pressure gauge
you can check with your local part store
if they have one for rent or sale

auto parts store not open any other options with out presure gage maybe blown fuse or something please help not that mechanicly inclined.

On the fuel rail
check for a valve remove the cap
push on the valve check for fuel to spray out

check fuses and relays

Locate the fuel tank -.-..-.-
using a rubber mallet or equivalent
give the tank couple hits or so ( in the middle )
while a helper trying to start the engine
and if that get it started
your fuel pump no good have it replaced

SMELL GAS, MAYBE TIMING HOW DO I CHECK TO SEE.NO TIMING LIGHT

check for spark
pull one of the spark plug wires
place it near a ground and crank engine check for a spark out that wire
timing is in the front of the engine
you need to look for the cam if rotating while engine cranking

TOOK OIL CAP OFF LOOKS LIKE CAM IS TURNING TO AFRAID TO TAKE PLUG OUT DON'T WANT TO RUINING IGNITION LIKE YOU SIAD WHAT ELSE.THOUGHT OUT OF GAS PUT GALLON IN MAYBE NOT ENOUGH.

YOU SAY THAT YOU HAVE SMELL OF GAS
check for spark
pull off one of the wires and place it near ground crank engine watch for a spark arcing
