1993 Other Saturn Models electrical?

I have a 94 Saturn and have had electrical problems from the start. When my car starts acting crazy and doing what yours is doing--flashing lights with brake pressure and other things; I disconnect the battery cables and then connect them. This reboots the electrical system. I got this answer many years ago on Yahoo Groups from a Saturn technician in Houston.
