Transmission rebuilt estimate.

I think my car need a the transmission fixed. It feels like it is pulling back when I drive plus makes a funny noise and will cut off while driving.

What is the estimated cost to have it fixed if it needs to rebuilt or replaced? At a certified mechanic.
Six cylinder.

If the engine shuts off while driving then most likely it us not a transmission problem for at least that issue. Have you had it scanned for codes yet? To replace the transmission etc., probably $2,000.00. But I would want to know more before making that decision.

There are about eighteen to twenty two codes that come up and sometimes it. my radio also just stopped working randomly a few weeks ago. But I have had the other issues for months now.

It pulls back once I get to 10-15 mph and shakes and makes a noise. it shakes after 10-15 minutes if the car is on even when I am in park. My key will come out of the ignition while driving and the car will say on and keep driving that could be why it turns off while driving.
