2003 Saturn L300 Defrost Only ???

Good Morning - i'm looking for some help/advice on my A/C. On another topic, my check engine light has been on for a while, but nothing is wrong, so I google'd how to turn it off and was told to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, reconnect, let the engine run for 15 minutes and reset everything. All went well, check engine light went off, but.... now the A/C will not switch between the regular vents, floor vents, and defrost vents -- it stays only on the defrost vents. Nice, very cold air, but blowing through the defrost and into my face. Not bat for the summer heat, but will cause a problem later on. Please help. Is there possibly a fuse that burnt out when I reconnected the battery? if so, where are the fuses? Please advise.
