2003 Saturn L200 How do I get my car started

I recently changed my fuel injectors to correct an rough idling problem. I used a chilton manual and since I replaced them I cannot get fuel pressure and fuel into the cylinders. I have check the fuel pump and it is pumping fuel and the fuel rail is also receiving fuel but no fuel pressure is building up. Have you checked the fual pressure? Check out link below for video on how to test fuel pressure and fruel pressure regulator...

Also have you checked the fuses and relays and did you double check that the injector harnesses are on correctly.
