2002 Saturn L200 keyless entry

I have 2 keyless entry remotes that have worked since the car was new.Neither will lock or unlock the doors or the trunk.I've tried unhooking battery terminal that didn't work.I've tried reprogramming according to the owners manual that didn'twork.The doorlocks will work manually with the button in the car and the trunk will open with button in car but.I've changed batteries in both but neither will work.Is there a fuse or relay that i should check.
