2001 Saturn L200 Fully Charged AC not blowing cold

The AC is fully charged but does not blow cold, just cool. When the blower is on, it makes sort of a hissing noise. Temp was never ice cold, dealer said it was in spec. Now it's not even that cold.

Could be that its freezing up due to air and moisture forming ice and blocking off orifice or the air blend door is stuck in the heat position and the HVAC control unit.
