2001 Saturn L200 4 cyl Automatic 72346 miles

i have taken my car to saturn 3 times but they cant get the front end allignment within specs how hard can it be. is there something they are missing.

do they just say they cant get it into specs?there must be a reason are they having trouble aligning it is it the front or the back?
