I've had my Saturn Ion since 2007. I just took the car in last week because there is a squeaking noise coming from the front of my car. The mechanic said my car needed new brake pads and new rotors, I also had the back brakes cleaned. This is the first time my car has had new brakes. Well, after getting this work done the squeaking sound was still there. So, I took it back today and they said they had to fix the backing plate behind the rotor. So, as of Right now the noise is gone. Should I be concerned?
