2004 Saturn Ion battery dead trunk wont open key in ignition

i cant get into the trunk to replace/check battery and key stuck in the ignition

Hey KATLADY,

There is a power lug under the hood,

Put on jumper cables in the engine compartment at the (power) lug and a good ground (strut tower)
that will give you power to get the key out and open the trunk.
