My 9000 Sc 2.3L has daylight running lights on but will die when Head light switch turned on. Will not restart even when you have it jump started with another runing car untill randomely after some times or days will restart but will repeat the same if you turn the switch on. Alternater puts out 14.19V. grounds checked and H/light relay changed.connections secured all other relays checked seem to be ok. During no start time instraument lights are out too. What can be done to remidy this problem?.
