1993 Saab 9000 Manual 134000 miles

my car keeps cutting out while driving when it stops i waite a min turn key and i set off again 500 to1000 yards later it does it again ive filled petrol tank to max but makes no differance

engine cuts out while driving when it stops i waite a miunte turn key it starts as normel goes for 500 to a 1000 yards then cuts out again
