WHAT ARE THE SPECS FOR BRAKE ROTORS AND IS IT NOT UNUSUAL TO HAVE TO REPLACE ROTORS AFTER ONLY 23,000 MILES?

thickness [new] 25mm .minimum permissible thickness 22mm ,saab does not recommend grinding ,but grinding can be done only removing minumum of 1.0mm from each side and that is for a vehicle under standard driving condition ,heavily laden car have different thicknesses
