how to take off door panel (driver"s) to replace door speaker?

Hi,
Remove curved decor strip(festened with clips),remove inside door handle(take out small cover and the screw,remove 2 cover pieces and screws from door pull,pull out the door trim(fastened with clips)use a screw driver or similar to pull out!

for a pictorial instruction that is very good. I have been in my door a few times and only recently saw that Jeff had a door panel page, but it looks quite accurate (with only minor differences between my '00 and his newer model).
