I took my car to get tires put on and they told be my car frame is out of whack. I know it is something i need to get fixed but is it Serious???

Hi there,
I would be getting a second opinion, the frame will not just bend!, has the car been in a serious accident? i would be getting the wheel alignment re checked by a different operator and see what they say. I feel that there aligner is way out of calibration.
