1999 Saab 9-5 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have oil in the breather air hose, is this a bad pvc and if so can it be fixed with (c foam)?

what is [ c foam] ,anyways u need to replace your crankcase ventilation conponents with the new updated version ,cost around $75 from dealer dont quote me on the price ,could be more ,note also that the kit does not come with all the hoses , also pull hose from valve cover & check if heavy white smoke comes out ,if so u may have some internal engine components worn ,good luck .
