2005 Saab 9-3 repair Question how can i make the brake calip

2005 Saab 9-3 repair Question Front Wheel Drive

I am replacing pads on the car, and I cannot get the brake caliper piston to retract enough to get the caliper back on with the new pads. Any suggestion?

u did not say which pads u r replacing ,but the only piston that will need a special tool or some know how to retract in is the rear calipers, make sure hand brake is off ,if u do not have special tool ,u will need a pair needle nose plyers ,pull caliper bleeder screw ,now take needle nose & start turning piston in a clockwise direction while pushing in ,good luck.
