automatic front seat is so far forward that it leaves no leg room for a passenger. Motor will move seat bacwards but only a few inches. did u check the relay at the front lower section of the seat

I have a similar problem with my SAAB front drivers seat. How did you fix this problem?

I haven't fixed the problem yet and the genuises on here have been of no help at all. They told me to check the relay but if it moves a little i would think that the relay is ok.

ok mr smarty, been that i am there with u ,did u check the seat tracks for any loose items of your's been stuck in tracks preventing it's movement ,check that, & come back to the genius that is there with you ,note remember u r asking for help for free so be nice about ,good luck.

Sorry. Yes, I have checked the track, as has the mechanic at the garage. We have found nothing.
