After improperly connecting battery cables the lights on the dash and A/C gauges stopped working

Hi guys, I replace the main fuse 100Amp and that was the problem but my battery light didn't switch off. I drove a few miles and it still stayed on. I switch off my car and lock my door and the next day my doors don't want to unlock. what could be the problem now? Also, my car is making a weird sound what could be the problem off that? here are a video. guys, thank uou so much for your help.

That sounds like something is loose and rattling around. Have you checked your alternator yet? This might be the bearing in your alternator pulley going out and that might be why your battery light is illuminated. Here are a couple of links down below for you to go to:

Also could you take a reading with a multi-meter of the voltage across the two battery terminals for us. If you do not have a multi-meter to get a voltage reading., here is another link for you to go to to down below test your battery:
