Running rough at high gear 50 mph

If the check engine light is staying on when the engine is running, I would first scan the computer for diagnostic trouble codes. Here is a quick video showing how it is done:

Next, I would recommend confirming the the fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs. Here is a link that shows in general how to check it:
