Running Rough after tune up

after tuning up my truck with new plugs wires cap and coil the truck is running rough and making a whining noise. when i open up on the throttle and close it quickly it almost dies

sounds like you have a vacuum line off re check your work

remove your dist cap and make sure the rotor button is not contacting the dist. the rotor may not be pressed down far enough.

one vacuum line was off that seemed to fix the check engine light a small adjustment to the timing seemed to fix the rough idle and driving when cold i will check on the cap and rotor tonight also i notice that my voltage gauge seems to be running lower than normal
