The other day I went down the road to meet a friend, instead of taking my normal route I took the short cut, and it was a hard ride cause the road was torn up meaning a lot of bumps, and gravel. When I came to my destination the car was acting like it wasn't firing on all cylinders or that a filter was clogged. At idle the car would misfire and jerk like it was going to shut off.

There are no check engine lights on, or codes being thrown.

I was able to get it home, but when trying to accelerate it was obvious that it wasn't getting all the power it had before. But once it warms up it runs a little better but still not like it should. I almost felt like the bumpy ride knocked a plug loose, or something. Please help. My dad asks if it could be a coil pack or simply fouled plugs. Please help.

Yes, it could be misfiring, but it should have a code for it, I would do a full tune up if it has not been done in a while and if that does not help, I would suspect the fuel pump is going bad. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-tune-up-a-car-engine

NGK .................... PFR5N-11
CHAMPION .................... RC1OYCPB4

Gap .................... 1.0 - 1.1 mm (0.039 - 0.043 in)

Torque .................... 20 - 30 Nm (15 - 21 lb-ft)

Also change out the fuel filter which can help as well.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
