It brought up the code for a cylinder misfire. I changed the ignition coil and all six spark plugs. Is running fine but I’m still getting a rich smell and some smoke from the exhaust. There was still a little oil around the manifold, will it take some time for it to burn off and the smell will leave or do I need to focus on another area?

Hello,

It sounds like you may have a fuel injector that's leaking, causing a rich condition. You can try unplugging each injector one at a time and see if it alleviates the problem. The engine will run a little rough while doing this but it will help find out if it's actually an injector staying open. You should also have the ECM scanned for diagnostic codes.
