Running poorly loping while idling and sputters when I give it gas

When I start my car it is loping while idling and sputters when I give gas. Drove it to work was driving and started to lose power had give it a lot of gas to get my speed back up it hesitated for a while before it kicked in. now when I start it up it dies.

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. scan for codes also. here is a helpful article.
