There is no thermostat, it has a new radiator and I flushed the coolant system at least five times. I noticed every time I flushed it the water is black. Why is it still running hot? No blown head gasket, the oil is still clear, but it still runs hot. I cannot drive more than five miles without it ruining hot. Can you help me? Please if you could give me some idea as to why it keeps running hot I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Start by pressure checking the coolant system for a blown head gasket. It does not have to have oil in it to be blown.
