My van runs fine and neutral and in park but as soon as they put it in gear and drive it a little while it was it warms up it will shut off when I take my foot off of the gas or go to stop at a stop sign, but it will start right back up. It's getting worse. I've changed the 02 sensor, I've changed the fuel filter, put a new starter on it and I still get in the same problem. it also has a new throttle body on it. so new that it doesn't have any carbonation on it. nobody has an Ob1 scanner to get the codes off of it. I know how to do the paperclip thing. can you help me find out what the problem is? I have very little money and I'm living out of my van.

Couple things, first, is the check engine light on? If so, here is a guide on how to pull the codes:

If not, when you replaced the throttle body, we the idle control valve part of it?

If not this would need to be checked and clean for carbon as well.

I also attached info on the EGR system but we need to start with this info and go from there.

Let's just take a look at this link and see if you can pull any codes and we can go from there.

If we can get a code out of this then we will most likely be able to either figure out what the issue is or at least have a good idea what the possible causes are.
