What is the "shop" time to R&R the head gasket?

What's the "shop" time to R&R the head gasket on the car listed above Sedan 1.8l engine? They have overhead cams.

Also, could you send the step-by-step instructions for this job?

Hi,

If it is only the head gasket that needs to be replaced, the labor is 4.6 hours.

If you look below, the pic is from the repair manual which provides OEM part cost and labor time. Keep in mind, this doesn't include shop supplies such as coolant, cleaner, oil and filter (recommended), and so on.
