Occasionally, the rpm's will stay around 2,000 rpm's for about 30 seconds or so when the clutch is pressed. While driving when this happens, if I turn the ignition from run to on (not completely off), and back to run the rpm's drop like they are supposed to. I have replaced the IAC, TPS, MAP sensor, vacuum lines, EGR, intake temperature sensor, coolant temperature sensor and recently, replaced the oil pan, valve cover, throttle body, upper and lower intake/exhaust manifold gaskets. I'm stumped.

Good morning,

Wow, lots of parts with no result.

Did you check the cables to the throttle body to be sure they are free and not sticking?

I would disconnect the cables and rev the engine manually and see if it still hangs up.
