rpm jump up when speed reaches 60km/h while the van slow down from a higher speed

When the speed reaches around 60 km/hour, while the van gets slowing down naturally (without using brake) from a higher speed (80KM/H) , the rpm jump up by 400-500rpm in a second and then back to normal.

However, when setup the drive module as D3, there is no such issues
or when accelerate speed to 80KM/H very quickly, you won't observe the issue very significantly

The dealer adviser told me that was due to gear changing.

it cold be from gear changing or slipping in trans. scan for codes if no codes clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.
