RPM increased

Sir, The RPM is increasing while in neutral and driving. it is going up 3000 to 4000 and some time it is normal.
Please note car has installed CNG kit.

It sounds like the PCM is going out but lets start by running the codes here is a guide to help us confirm the issue.
