rpm goes down and high

I have purchased this car second hand. it is running fine but sometimes my rpm goes very high. and now while driving i use the clutch and the rpm goes down and it has started to miss now. please help me.

It sounds like you have a vaccum leak. Do you have a check engine light on? We should run the codes to see what comes up. Here are a couple of repair guide I need you to go over so we can get started on fixing your car.
