when ime driving below 30mph i hear a funny purring noise and i have very little brakes the brake peddal feels like its kicking back and there is an awfull grinding type noise. the abs warning light does not iluminate and the problem disapears when i speed up above 40mph . any ideas what it is and how much £££££££ for repair, i sometimes smell oil or fluid aswell inside the car. thankyou 4 your time.
