i was driving a long and the lights went dim then it cut out on me when i tryed to start it bk up the battery was flat i put jump leads on it it started again then i drove a bit then it done the same thing again wot can i do

Hi there,

I would say that the alternator has failed and the battery is not getting enough charge to maintain the ignition system, have the alternator checked out and get the battery tested as well, start here.
