i have a 1997 range rover.it will not rare up past 600rpm ,it is poping threw air intake box.i was driving to work on the interstate at 70mph and it started to reduce speed to 5 mph in 50 sec.i cange out the cam position sensor and had no luck with it.it sounds like it is internal to me.like a cam are a valve
