Hi,

Every morning when I try to start my car I put in the key, switch on and off almost 8 times before I fire up the engine (If I don't the engine would crank forever but won't start), I fire up the engine , the engine starts but it does it with a sort of hesitation and stutter, kind of a rough start. And I noticed that whenever I drive the car past 2,500 rpm's, the problem of rough start comes back at the next start up even worse.
What might be the most probable culprits.

More then likely this is a fuel pressure issue. Cycling the key like that is making the pump prime the system over and over. The pump being weak or a restriction in the line is causing low pressure at the rail.

I would suggest starting with a fuel pump pressure test and seeing what the pump is doing and we can go from there.

Here is a guide that walks through this:

Alright, thanks a lot for your reply.
Should I check the camshaft position sensor as well ?

I would start with checking the fuel pressure with just turning the key on one time. If it is the correct pressure then it is not the issue then move onto something like the cam sensor. But this sounds like a fuel issue because as I said, cycling the key is building the pressure.
