Jolting ride on rough pavement?

We need a little more information to help you. Does it seem like the problem is in the front or rear of the car and at what speed does it happen? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

Bumpy ride at any speed when driving over rough road and/or potholes.

This could be due to the air pressure in the tires being over inflated or the front struts or rear shocks need to be replaced. I have left instructions in the images below on how to do the job. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
